Marijuana finds its way to the boy in different way . But the most popular way is smoking as a cigarette or when put in a pipe . This method is mostly used for recreation purposes . The drug is smoked in blunts which are commonly cigars which have been emptied of tobacco and then they are refilled with Marijuana . But in most cases , there are those who role the plant in a piece of and then smoke it like a cigarette . Since the blunt has retained some of the tobacco leaf that had been used to wrap the cigar , the mode of smoking will therefore combine marijuana 's active ingredients with nicotine and other chemical which were originally in the cigar . This has more harmful effects than when marijuana is smoked alone
