Any organization is expected to keep on to the ever changing world , it is therefore the role of each organization to analyze on ways that best suit it in terms of time and other resources . The competitive world often tends to reduce the market scope while the cost of production remains constant . As a result , an organization is to look on its revenues and find on the ways that will increase both

the market scope as well as revenue . For this to be successful , a thorough survey is to be done so as to avoid waste of resources

A good survey is where everyone in the organization participates right from the top level to the lower level if the management . Time being a factor to be considered , management is supposed to allocate adequate time to the survey despite the fact that the productivity of the organization will be compromised . Holding a meeting that comprises of all the organizational staff will always be rejected by many , but for the saying `change is inevitable ' they ought to accept the changes so in order for the organization to achieve its objectives
