Management
Management One of the most difficult and challenging aspect of organizational management is decision making . Whether we accept it or not , the future of any organization is dependent on the decisions made today . It becomes more difficult when you consider the fact that several options are available and the outcomes of these options are not known . When confronted with an issue , there are several alternatives that you could take regarding the same issue and each alternative carries consequences Good managers understand the importance of making the right decisions at the right

time because this adds up and determine the overall success or failure of the organization . Nothing captures this better than this - if you want to see the right results , you must make the right decisions You must know what to do when confronted with specific situations and more importantly when to use an approach in decision making because the approach used is as important as the decision made

On the other hand , it is not in all situations that the leader /manager will involve the group .
