It is of critical importance that the operational environment be developed in a manner that ensures operational objectives

of Organization

XYZ has been operational for over ten years and has consistently been guided by a mission that seeks to develop an environment that is sustainable to ensure effective operations . XYZ being a small organization is housed in a premise that is reflective of its size However , due to an increase in awareness on health risks there has been an increase in development of more building to ensure that the conditions of work are made more comfortable . The efforts though aimed at ensuring the overall good of the entire organization appear to be causing high level of noise pollution that makes it hard to concentrate
