Introduction

I have a strong belief that elementary classroom management plan is a very essential tool in an educational setting . If children are placed in an environment in which they feel secure , they are more likely to concentrate with their activities in the classroom and therefore learning will take place . Having an appropriate classroom environment therefore is a very important issue that I first of all need to put into consideration so

as to be able to meet the goals of my teaching . In to be able to create this kind of environment in the children , I need to put in place several factors which can be classified into principles

Principle I : Assess , expectations and communication

I should consider the basic needs that a child needs and be able to provide these needs . They include the need to have a sense of belonging the need to have fun , the need to freedom and the need to have a sense of power . I expect the child to be able to behave in class according to the rules that I have set and also to the rules that has been set by the institution . I need to develop very good communication skills that make all the children in class to understand me and perceive my lesson positively .
