The information is provided to decision makers at different managerial levels so that they would decide on the appropriate action for the problem . They end up with a lot of information which would take them longer to decide on what is required of them to make a conclusive decision . There is need to reduce on the information overload currently provided to the managers so that they would be able to make informed decision .
