The strategy now is to extend operations for the benefit of the store . It requires marketing its products and services among the customers so that they are able to feel the difference

Information and communication technology captures international market and diversify itself so that it has steady business continuity . The information technology manages all its resources

and will be able to forecast the business development cycle over a period of time

The importance of planning Information System is very crucial . Unless the superstore is aware of the facts and reasons for its implementing Information systems , it would not be a good business decision to move forward with it . Any business process , implementation of change factors influences the functioning of the enterprise and the future operations regarding its turnover and ROI factors . If the company is convinced of the methods which would contribute to the success factors and with regard to their profit and economic and social well being , it must take up IT to organize itself
