As far as business operations in the global business environment are concerned , the imperative of the daily operations of an organisation are in one way or another so compelling . This is to an extent that there is minimal time to direct attention to the aspect of moral content in as far as organisational decision-making is concerned . In this respect morality tends to appear in a form of esoteric as well as qualitative in

br nature , which demonstrates that it falls short of the substantive connections to objective as well as the quantitative performance . Any form of organisational culture which can be considered as effective should be able to support ethical practices , and in that respect discourage any forms of unethical behaviours . Generally , any forms of unethical behaviour could cost the operations of an organisation and the various stakeholders of that organisation . Even though research reports have established that ethical problems have continuously raised concern in the business environment , organisations as well as to the individuals , the anticipated effect that the organisational culture is likely to pose on the ethical conducts have not been adequately covered The most important requirement in today 's business environment is for more business entities to come up , and establish more forms of positive as well as practical ethical cultures
