Subject : A brief about the nursing homes practices

I am sure you would be delighted to take over as the new CEO of Patricia Nursing Homes after I step down from the responsibility due to personal reasons . It is important for me , as the outgoing CEO , to discuss with you a few points regarding the nursing home and some of the practices

carried out here

When I had joined as the CEO , I had many responsibilities that covered a lot of areas . The quality of care administered to all patients must be impartial and should meet the highest standards that have been set by the nursing home 's practices in the past . Quality of life is also one of the foremost areas that has to be taken care of in the nursing home . It must be ensured that the patients here are given the best possible treatment in to improve their quality of life

Nutrition of the patients and their hydration are critical factors which must be given due attention . Without proper care , patients may suffer and that is far away from the nursing home 's objectives . Thus , all incoming diet should be procured from safe hands and meticulously sterilized using advanced methods
