The article is all about the importance of the management of product design for small and medium growing companies . According to the authors of this article , policies of the government shall include the allotment of funds in the strategic empowering of Chief Executive Officers (CEOs and employees in devising ways to create the impossible and innovate This innovation shall include the creative ideas of improving existing products or inventing new ones which meet the demands

and needs of the consumers . Also , in this article , it was suggested that further related studies should be replicated in to provide more substantial information on how to engage in and execute effective product design management which involves the consumers and the suppliers as well

Introduction

Reduction of costs in companies is one good strategic management for progress and minimization of financial constraints and mismanagement of employees . Moreover , competition among high and small profit organizations is rampant , so there is a pressing need for management and employees to increase their intensive product knowledge , creativity , and entrepreneurial skills in to develop new ways to present new product designs and gain an edge over other companies . In this article then , the importance of knowledge and implementation of the innovative product design management is highlighted for the purpose of showing how it is carried out among small-growth companies
