After two years a certificate is granted in to attain and show capabilities to take part in major functional management roles in any desired organization . MBA is a career accelerator across a number of industries and MBA graduates can usually command higher salaries ' [1]

My decision to pursue my MBA

When I began my undergraduate career

, I had the opportunity to find out which field of science I have interest in and all of which tended to reinforce and solidify my intense curiosity in computer science . In the realm of computer science , I have developed a special interest in the field of software engineering . This particular field of IT drew my strong attention and eagerness as it serves all branches of academy such as economy , industry and above all human needs be it biotech /medical accounting , capital market , aeronautical or space engineering . After completing my honors degree I decided to pursue my MBA because having a science background and a business background will give me an extra boost in today 's market and industries . As a result of my ongoing learning experience both in academic and professional environment I found out it is necessary to obtain a MBA degree in get into the executive suite . It is stated that 80 percent of executives responding to the survey said that a graduate degree in business is still important to reach senior management ranks within most companies ' [1] . MBA will provide an excellent leverage toward new and exciting jobs as well as a good exposure to corporate lifestyle . As we grow and learn we tend to take on bigger responsibilities and hence having an MBA will give the knowledge and wisdom to achieve such goals . Due to its nature of vastness and dynamism to compel the software engineers to be proactive and act instantly upon ever increasing new challenges , allured me to hone my skill and excel further through continuous learning through MBA .My expectation after MBA program

After my MBA program I expect to cover the few main areas such as Quantitative analysis , Economics , Marketing , Organizational behavior strategy , international business , information technology management and project management . I believe these areas will give me an extra edge toward obtaining better future such as learning how multinational companies makes business by exchanging of goods and services across international boundaries or territories . Other educational aspect that I will learn is how to manage project within defined scope , quality , time and cost constraints . In my undergraduate and professional experience , I have learned that customer plays a great role in developing software hence involving them more in the software developing process could improve the quality of the software as well as successfulness of the software project .
