This chapter presents a general overview of the LVMH Company , its main businesses and practices . LVMH is a well-known company , which encompasses under its dome great many

companies , which differ greatly in their direction and their performance . All the companies are top luxury and are highly oriented on wealthy clients and cover a wide range of products from wines and spirits , through fashion and leather goods up to cosmetics and jewelry

Chapter 2 . Position of LVMH on the international market

In this chapter I 'm going to dwell with more detail on the general position of the LVMH Company on the international market and its status with competitors . It should be mentioned that LVMH occupies a very honorable position on the general international market , which can be proved by BusinessWeek /Interbrand research in the result of which many companies under LVMH brand were included in the 100 Best Global Brands /Davis , 2006 . This research also showed stable position of the company and its advantage over competitors

In the third chapter I will describe the business practices of the LVMH Company and its main directions . LVMH is an international group of companies , which specializes in production and sale of luxury products and encompasses a number of famous brand names . LVMH holds the practice of the distribution of its products solely through its own stores .
