Yes the debate as to whether public drinking water should be fluoridated should actually be looked at from a public health perspective and that each and every policy always involves a balance between risk , cost and benefits . I Would opt for the since as much as both the polythene and the can be recycled ,the use of in packaging is more environmentally sound than polythene for the following reasons . s are biodegradable and can easily break down or decompose while in the soil unlike polythene that are not biodegradable and once in the soil cannot decompose .
