Project management involves the designation of skills and abilities in to effectively implement the goals of a project (Free Management Library , 1997 . When `objectives , `life cycle ' and `work breakdown were to the main term , there is always the single notion of completing the project goal in every definition on the search engine entries . It seems that the structure presented by the agency correspond well in any type of project management schemes . Of course , it is always important to plan the process together with other individuals concerned . This will actually create a single consensus on how members will go about the project . The agency is also correct in signifying the importance of committing equity so that each segment will have opportunities to input their suggestions . Lastly , following the instructions will definitely provide a positive result towards the accomplishment of the plan

Managing the course of a task may require efforts pertaining to designing and planning the overall process . In this aspect , it is always necessary to have the ability to incorporate ideas , request external opinions and follow the submitted guidelines . These will all contribute to the success of the organizational goal
