Dear legislator

RE : REQUEST FOR STATE SUPPORT TOWARDS A CHARITY FOR ASSISTING THE EXISTING ORPHANAGES IN THE CONSTITUENCY

Owing to my recent visit to the orphanages in various towns within your area of jurisdiction , I hereby introduce the plights affecting the orphanages . I present a memorandum that seeks to address the concerns that I saw . During my visit , I was more concerned with the orphanages that are run by non-governmental organisations . I found that the NGO 's do a wonderful job in providing for the orphans . There main tasks include their

attempts to provide surrogate parenthood to the orphans whilst ensuring that the orphans receive good care . They endeavour to feed , shelter , clothe and offer education to the orphans . The limitations at the orphanages are the demands of these services owing to the fact that orphanages are nearly congested . Most of the orphanages though they have room for expansion infrastructurally they lack necessary funds for the same

Due to my passion and desire to see that the orphans receive better and quality services at the orphanages , I have decided to come up with a charity to raise funds which will be used towards building new dormitories . To lead by example , I have donated my personal funds worth 8000 and will heavily rely from your goodwill to raise more funds . The target of the charity is to raise about 100 , 000 which will be distributed to five of the orphanages that are seriously depleted
