I have read the article written by Ms . Mary Smith entitled What Should A Teacher Be ' and I have found it lacks the qualities of an effective teacher . I know that a teacher should be respectful and honest but is that all ? However , sometimes we wonder why some children are disrespectful . Why ? Children are still disrespectful because they have observed from their teachers the attitudes opposite of what they teach So , to make his teaching effective the teacher should show respect for those in authority . I suggest the next time that you will

publish an article make it clear for everyone to have a clear vision of what a teacher should be particularly to your young readers . Here are some other qualities of an effective teacher and I hope this will help you to explain such things

In every personality development , a teacher is a part of it . Being a moulder of our youth a teacher should be careful in all his ways because children are imitators . They learn more by what they see and observe . A teacher should be a role model , too . Setting a good example will gain him respect from children and people around him

A teacher should be sincere and true to his commitments . If a teacher has these qualities , he puts his teaching job the first priority over all other duties

A teacher should be firm in his words . Word of honor is very important to one 's personality to gain respect and obedience from the students and other people . A teacher should be kind and friendly . Such teacher will eventually minimize the absences or tardiness of the students . They will look forward to attending their classes with joy

Values , values . Not just by verbalization not through discussion Example is still the best teacher

Since the teacher is a part of every success and failure of a child , she should strive to be a model . I hope that I made the right choice when I write this for the young and intellectually inclined readers for them to understand the part of a teacher in their daily lives
