Letter or Recommendation
Dear Program Director I am a professor and a doctor at Wyckof Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn (NY , and was a mentor to Ms .Shoma Singh while she was undergoing clinical rotations Having observed and evaluated the progress of Shoma , i have no hesitation in recommending her to your residency program on Internal Medicine as she has been found to be a keen and committed student of medicine . This has been amply demonstrated by her excellent case presentations which goes to show how she is keenly imbibing the practical responsibilities of

a doctor par excellence . A few of her responsibilities which she does follow are viz , taking histories and physical , SOAP notes , collecting lab reports , following up on patients e .t .c . I am particularly impressed by the breadth of academic knowledge and eagerness to learn
I find Shoma to be punctual and hardworking , as she does make sure that she is early to work and displays a tremendous sense of energy and warmth at work . Not only does she stay after hours to follow-up on patients , draw blood , put in lines , ABGs , e .t .c , but it is amazing to see the amount of goodwill she has earned from patients and colleagues
She has a great sense of self-initiative and is very meticulous about building her clinical experience . Shoma does take extra time to go to physicians outpatient private clinic in addition to the inpatient clinic . She evinces keen interest in learning about other departments by following her patients...
