Dear Mr . Griffin

We at the California branch are currently experiencing major problems regarding the outputs and services that we render to our clients Recently , within the past three months , we have lost two of our major client accounts . They have complained about the low

quality of the outputs . They also remarked about the inability of the company to meet their needs and wants as clients . Because of this circumstance , the clients decided to end our contract with them

As the administrator , I am currently investigating the cause of this problem . So far , I have found out that the resignation of the two top management employees have negatively affected the morale of other employees which resulted to the significant decrease in the productivity of the branch

In line with this , I am soliciting your recommendations on how to resolve this issue . This problem needs to be settled as soon as possible in to prevent further setbacks from materializing
