It is an area Irving visited several times during his younger years

The author organized the story with a combination of an ere story romanticism and hanging ending . The

beginning of the story was describe the place of sleepy hollow and how the superstitious tale of the headless horseman became a reality and haunted the people around town And also how Ichabod crane develops his love to Katrina .
