Value-based leadership focuses on adding value to the entire process

Leadership is closely connected with teambuilding . In the late 80s and 90s , `Team Building

' has been recognised by many companies as an important factor in providing a quality service and remaining competitive . Team building is a process of enabling the team to achieve that goal . There are some stages involved in team building
