Abdullatif AlMulla is an exceptional leader in the U .A .E and he is seen as a successful business leader in the region . He was recently awarded the Middle East Multiple Industry CEO of the year award for his achievements and exceptional leadership skills . He is currently the CEOP of TECOM investments since the year 2008 . He has been able to develop the company and push it into great heights after developing initiatives that have set new targets

for the company . His leadership style is that of strategic leadership as he develops future plans for the company and makes sure that his employees and subordinates are able to achieve them The leadership style that he uses entails that careful consideration and time is taken to come up with precise plans that ensure that the future of the company is bright
