Evidence for this is that two dead bodies of women were found in the basement and the daughter of one of the victims reported that her mother and aunt were killed by him . She was present there at the moment

Sexual assault /Rape of women : Fabian Hands sexually assaulted the daughter . Sexual assault is touching of sexual parts and performing sexual intercourse with the victim without her willingness and consensus

Evidence for this is the daughter herself , medical report of her private parts and witnessed by the police officers . Fabian Hands sexually assaulted her , and when police officers appeared , he again sexually assaulted her in front of the officers . Hence , the officers were witness and took the offender to the custody to register a case against him

Physical assault : The daughter of the victim was not only sexually assaulted but she was beaten up by the men . Hands will be charged against injuring a lady unlawfully

Murder and rape both are very hilarious crimes . If conducted then they must be punished severely to stop other criminals from doing the same Murder can be first degree , second degree , manslaughter voluntary...
