Question1 Part A Statutory interpretation of Child Safety Legislation Amendment Act 2004 Copy of Section `89T Carrying out review ` (1 ) This section applies if the CDCRC1 is given a copy of a report of an original review under the Child Protection Act 1999 , section 246D (2 .2 ` (2 ) The CDCRC must review the original review using the review criteria , and prepare a report about its review , as soon as practicable but , in any case , so that it can comply with section 89U (1 ` (3 ) For its

review , the CDCRC may give a notice to the chief executive (child safety ) requiring the chief executive (child safety ) to give the
CDCRC a supplementary report relating to the original review
` (4 ) Also , for its review , the CDCRC may have regard to a report that - (a ) is given , under the Ombudsman Act 2000 , section 57B ,3to the
CDCRC and (b ) relates to the child whose involvement with the child safety
department is the subject of the review
` (5 ) Without limiting what the CDCRC 's report may contain , the report
may recommend that the chief executive (child safety ) take stated action
within a stated time that is reasonable in the circumstances

All Statutory provisions of Child Safety Legislation Act are to be submitted to the
current legislation which is related to the matter mentioned in the Statute . Any
explanation of authorities or duties must be commented with relevant State Acts and
referred to these Acts
For example , in Carrying out review ' section of the given Act the Child Death Case
Review Committee is entitled to be given the original report according to the Child
Protection Act 1999 (the reference to this Act is given in the section . The committee
is also entitled to obtain any other reports related to the child if the child 's matter is the
subject of the Committee (this authority is given according to Ombudsman Act 2000 which is also referred in the
section
Any misunderstandings or disputes related with Statutory provisions are to be solved
in accordance with all current legislation mentioned in the Act . At the same time the
Statutory must have references to all Acts , regulations , provisions etc which are
related to the Statutory provisions

According to the definitions of the Schedule 1 of Terrorism Act 2002 terrorist act '4 is the action which causes to public or personal injuries , damages or danger to harm .
