Introduction
The aim of the is to focus on teaching non verbal communication to ESL students that is extremely necessary for language acquisition . In the I planned to discuss first the literature highlighting culture and languages then I come to the importance of learning non verbal communication . Then keep up the synchronization with , I 'll discuss teaching area of non verbal communication . I will discuss this part very thoroughly , individually discussing social skills relevant to the classroom in more detail , focusing on : the face eye contact posture and gesture
Before saying anything about teaching this it is worth to assert the importance of choosing this . Non verbal communication is the more general term , used to include unconscious and unintentional behavior . We cannot stop behaving . We cannot stop communicating . This is certainly true in the sense that people will read meanings into our behavior , whether we like it or not . One may not intend to behave nervously at a formal interview , but it is likely that some of our behavior in this situation will be interpreted as signs of nervousness There may be a range of unconscious non-verbal behaviors such as sweating , dry throat , awkward kinesics , stumbling over words , which we may enact in such a situation . These are involuntary acts . But we may also seek to control our behavior consciously : we could choose to operate signs such as a taut sitting posture with tonus , making eye contact and smiling . In this case it may be said that the intention makes it communication
ESL students is seen from the teachers ' perspectives -- reflectively that is , instead of surveying students ' opinions of their teachers impact on them , the study focused on how teachers perceived their impact on ESL students . Although this could be a limitation of the study , it is argued that soliciting the opinions of ESL students at random on the impact of their teachers would not show the complete picture . Instead , I believe that a more holistic perspective can be obtained by inviting these practicing teachers to reflect on their impact on ESL students
