Organization architecture has been described as the stepping stone for effective leadership and therefore efficient production system for services and products . It encompasses the cross cutting interlink that defines the immediate systems which underscores and holistically encases the intrinsic staff-leaders relationship (Sarah et al , 2008 . Kodak had to change the organization architecture as its board acknowledged that the company was performing very poorly and the managers were unable to design better systems . To

add to that , there was little motivation and visionary leadership therefore acting as a major indicator of unsustainable future characterized by low returns . This was a great drawback as it acted as a major death trap for the organization (Garry et al , 2007

As indicated earlier , organizational architecture involves all the aspects in the smooth running of a system that must be cohesively and concurrently run for effectiveness . By firing the CEO in the organization as a major remedy , the organization made severe mistakes as it never looked at the other aspects of architecture . The CEO required a highly motivated staff for achievement of the required objectives in the organization to be realized (El-Sayed , 2008 . The board consideration only looked only at the formal side of the architectural achievement and ignored other aspects of the system and therefore risked high levels of recurrent failure of the system .
