It is a common knowledge that juvenile delinquencies refer to various offenses committed by youths

under age of 18 . These children offenses normally are delinquent acts which when committed by adults

can be considered as crimes . The offenses start from misbehavior in the likes of truancy and parental

disobedience which later on if not properly checked on time will graduate to more serious offenses like

burglary and heinous crimes . It is an accepted fact that there are many causes of juvenile delinquency . It

is

a common knowledge that children born out of a broken family and raised in a neighborhood of

criminals and drug users will one day belong to the group . Furthermore it is a common belief that

despite the child being born to a decent family , the child will also be a juvenile delinquent if most of

his peers in school and neighborhood used to bully him daily . It is believed that environment has a

profound effect on the child as his development and perception of what is an acceptable behavior or act

will depend on the standard of the environment where the child lives . If being disobedient to parents is

an accepted practice in the neighborhood , then the there is more reason why the child next door will do

the same . It is a common belief that being disobedient to relatives kins and parents who always ensure
