It was operationally defined that the dress code varies from different work requirement . With this the employee is telling the management what he or she personally prefers to wear and what he or she thinks of the proper hygiene needed to be manifested in his or her work . Basically , what could be learned in the first

part of the journal is on how the employee assesses the tolerance of the management to dress code and hygiene . By asking these kinds of questions , the management can learn more about the compliance of the employees to the dress code imposed by the management . Dress code simply symbolizes the image of the company and as well as their level of performance . The second part of the journal defines the workplace and the environment that it should project for the satisfaction of employees for more comprehensive and meaningful work . The employee is learning what the environment is like compared to others and what makes his or her job more susceptible for working by defining the equipments and the amount of consumption an employee should render . For example , the computer which is a very powerful device that can access almost anything , it is the just to use this in minimum for personal use . There are job ethics that employees follow . The personal use of equipment and resources is inevitable for employees . This part of journal tells us how honest the employee is and his or her knowledge about the limitations about equipment and resource consumption . Food storage and acquisition are allowed in the office hence one should abide the rules of when and where to eat it . The third part of journal is about punctuality and employee 's behavior . About the employee 's behavior , it is assumed that their interest plays a vital role on how they would behave as individuals in the workplace . Employee 's behavior may be driven by incentives or punishments . These positive and negative reinforcements predict how employees are more likely to behave . In this part of the journal , the employee is able to imagine and picture his behavior by answering these set of questions . Punctuality is one of the main concerns of the company . Coming on time and having breaks on time is a big thing . Time is important because the company wants to maximize the time of work the employee have in accordance to their amount of pay . On the other hand , time for the employees give them a sense of security over being exploited . Having ample amount of time to start and end of work means a lot . The last part of the journal , tells us about how to make excuses that are valid in different types of situation . The set of questions here are quite subjective in terms of what is tolerable or not...
