Industrial /Organizational Psychology is the application with an extension of psychological methods and principles - to the solution

of the organizational workplace that without measures of intervention could lead to a very hostile environment (Brian , 2002 . The goal of Industrial Organizational Psychology is to account for the need for understanding as well as solutions-oriented in the issues identified in the workplace . The workplace issues that are profoundly experience by employees are morale , sexual harassment , and stress (EEOC .gov , 2005 . In the overview of the workplace issues , the outline will provide techniques for effective approaches to assisting in identify , addressing , and correcting the situation for a better outcome for the company overall initiative . The objective of the workplace outline is to further the attention of acknowledging the many hours spent with groups of teams that can cause great psychological effect on employees both mentally and physically (Marks and Murray , 2005 . The outline will state approaches to be considered from the management level as well as from the team level for corrective implementation

Sexual Harassment- The uncomfortable experience of employees being harassed by unwanted sexual advances from a supervisor that causes friction in the workplace . In addition , the harassment from the initiator to the victim might be unaware that it is harassment due to the complex levels of difficulty to prove
Stress - The element of tension that is unseen physically but with clinical tests the element of stress is affecting the employee a great deal . The stress can occur when the employer is being demanding unnecessarily to the employee
