As part of my recommendation I would recommend the following rights in the island

Individuals are supposed to have right to bear arms . This right will be very important to the citizens of the island because individuals will have their own security in hand

Right to speedy trial

Every person 's trial is supposed to be held as quickly as possible instead of

somebody living with a lot of curiosity and therefore it 's important for one to know his or her fate . This will also reduce the number of cases that pile up in the court . When a case is decided first individuals will feel free and work hard for their country

Right to live

Every person is entitled to live and therefore the law is not supposed to declare the death of a citizen . The person has the right not to be killed by another person . The idea of right to life creates a central debate on issues such as capital punishment , euthanasia , self defence abortion and war

Right to vote despite of the race or gender

Individual 's voting rights are very important because he or she can influence governmental decision making through the vote . Voting is therefore important to every individual in the country because it 's like a formal expression of preference for a candidate in the office or a resolution or issue . Therefore through voting individual will be able to express their views about their country using their vote

Right of not being a slave

Any person is not supposed to be sold to slavery , a person should be given freedom to choose where he or she wants...
