Introduction

Islamic fundamentalism movement can be defined as a political movement which can be distinguished from the Islam 's since they are known to be more political in search for the original Islam 's while at the same time trying to achieve a political outline . Islamic fundamentalists have lately achieved so much currency therefore the need to try and examine the movement . This is because it is a rendition of Islam and not what most of the Muslims have to do with . With this prudence , we are then tempted to belief that

there are those Muslims who tend to imagine on the basic principles of Islam 's while at the same time there are those groups which do not . Islamic fundamentalism in America has its own history and also a spirit of its own . The movement is known to be composed of different movements whereby these movements are seen to have their own similarities and differences . There are some of the Islamic fundamentalists who are prejudiced while others are exclusivists , others more constructive to science , pluralists , and anti-scientists , others more political among other groups . This is taken to mean that they are completely different in the way they try to comprehend their religion Just like the Christian fundamentalists with their many differences as far as religion is concerned , you will find that the Islamists fundamentalists since they are seen to be more political , they have their own differences (Fox , 2002

As many people try to argue , most of the Islamists fundamentalists can be seen as more fervent to the humiliating manipulation of the western culture and the western culture in this case can be seen in the way these people dress , amusement , the western forms of greeting , praise neckties among others . The two Islamists movements are against the modern or even the western cultures politics and economics . So in this case they are seen as less willing to try and correlate with the non- Muslims . You will find that as many Islamists tend to be highly interested with rebellion , most of the Islamists fundamentalists tend to be against this idea especially the economic and the political revolution . These people tend to be highly against the contemporary modes of living which is as a result of the western culture . A good example to try and explain this phenomenon is the mode of dressing which is associated with the western culture They belief that , for example if it is a woman , she should not try and expose her body but , she should be completely covered as a sign of respect .
