The essence of traditional Islamic religion is to strive after ideal things in life . According to the texts of Qur 'an , everyone must live in piece with himself and the surrounding , everyone is equal and has chances for salvation , everyone must be educated , disciplined , just modest , generous , and live in chastity . Unfortunately , modern radical branches of Islam developed wrong interpretation of several core principles of this religion and seriously damaged the world 's imagination about it
