Culture and language are two crucial factors in the development of one 's being . School is one institution that has the responsibility of making its students realize the value these two factors . But what if the school and the student share different culture and language

English is said to be the universal medium . It is also the native tongue of Euro-Americans . Americans are known to have a very liberal culture - that is , it is actually considered to

be the melting pot of all other cultures in the world . It looks at individualistic point of view . Americans always look after fulfillment of dreams , global competitiveness and success in every aspect of life

Indians , however , speaks the Hindi language . Religion and beliefs are an immense part of their culture . They associate their beliefs in the thing they do in everyday life . They have their own philosophical outlook on unity , social and individual growth . God and goddesses are great part of their wholeness

Hispanics , on the other hand , are natives of Latin America . Their first language is Spanish . Hispanic is a US ethnic label for Latino immigrants . Hispanics are too collective a name since it refers to all Spanish-speaking people , no matter what country they belong . They have diverse cultures

There is unbelievably rising population of migrating Indians in the United States nowadays . Along with the elders , dependent children are also trying to acclimatize themselves with the new environment they are into . It can be noted that about 1 of the US are Indians .
