It provides for remedies in case certain acts inflicting on personal liberty by others are performed . The law also prohibits certain acts that are not acceptable such as robbery murder and unfair contract deals . Without these laws , we could be conducting our duties everyday with fear of being attacked at anytime or being cheated on in raw deals as there would be no laws from protecting us from such misdeeds .
