An interview is a process or a HR instrument in which one or more parties interact and communicate with each other in to gain more information , come up with abiding terms and conditions , selecting a candidate for an organization , etc . The arguments for a particular during the interview can become in-depth . During an interview open ended questions are being asked by the parties in to get relevant replies to the questions . However , it

is essential that the interviewer comes fully prepared for the interview in to ensure that everything in the interview goes according to what is planned and to ensure that the final outcome as expected is obtained . The entire process of interviewing a person is a step-by-step process starting even before the interview the actual interview begins and ends by an evaluation and follow-up of the evaluation process . Not only is the HR manager or the interviewer involved in the process of planning and implementing the interview process , but also other stakeholders including the interviewees , the administrators , CEO , etc . There are several steps involved in the interview process including :-

Establishing rapport with the candidate

Questioning

Gathering data using other forms

Controlling the interview

Evaluation and follow-up of the interview
