According to United States Army Sergeants Major Academy in 2007 , An Army is an institution , which is retrogressive and conservative in nature . As history abundantly testifies , it is in danger of slipping backward therefore it is always insured against the danger of being pushed ahead too fast . Any Army fights to ensure values of Loyalty , Duty , Respect Selfless Service , Honor , Integrity and Personal Courage are maintained

The method that this uses
