In some form or the other he /she gets to know those people and ends up formulating a relationship with them in various capacities . These relationships might be strong weak , natural , man-made , long lasting , temporary so on and so forth . A relationship is naturally incomplete without interaction between the two people involved

interaction is exhibited through communication . This communication can be verbal or non-verbal , even effective or ineffective
Body
The friendship that I will be discussing is a co-cultural one . As a teenager , I went to an international school that has students from various nationalities and cultures . One of its focuses was to break territorial and cultural barriers . This happens through interaction between people from various cultures and nationalities sitting in the same class and having fun together in groups outside of school and classes . In to ensure that all stereotypes are broken , the faculty would make sure that if we are working on a project for any subject , we are grouped with a different bunch of students every time and from varying cultures . This always increased our understanding of how people work in different countries and cultures and what their challenges were and how they faced issues lastly , but most importantly , how their life at home is
