The internet can help the managers by availing most current information . Because the informational era can largely influence change in the labor market , the culture of an organization for example amongst the employees , empower employees to react to certain trend of the organization and shape the future through research , the internet can empower managers if they use the related information to guide them make decisions (McLuhan , 1994 .
