Millions of people across the globe make the painful decision to leave their homes for many reasons . Everyday , it is seen that more and more internally displaced persons or those people who are forced to move within their home countries because of armed conflicts , fear of persecution , and environmenntal disasters (Amnesty International , 2010 War , persecution , violation of human rights , disasters imply a

large-scale mobilization of civilians , both within the boundaries of a certain nation and across international bs . The large-scale movements of people are attributable to development projects , forced relocation and the search for a more satisfying within a certain country or across the international territories . Some scholars argue that the forced movements of people caused by calamities and development projects can never be considered as IDPs or refugees because such people are just put into coercion which require an action by the government or by an insurgent group (Phuong , 2004 . The scholars who support this position are guided by the thought that in the case of most natural or man-made disasters , states are generally given willing to extend available resources and receive foreign assistance to help displaced persons (as cited in Phuong , 2004 ,
