On gender , Indian constitution recognizes equality of gender . Indian women are therefore increasingly becoming visible and successful in the professional field . As an international manager therefore , women 's involvement should not be an issue of contention . Dressing however for foreign women should be conservative not to attract undue attention (Richard , 1998 . Similarly foreign males meeting Indian females should withhold their hand shaking initiative towards the Indian women unless they initiate it .
