The first article I read (Cognitive test scores in male adolescent cigarette smokers compared to non-smokers : a population-based study studied the intelligence quotient of Israel Defense Force soldiers Kravitz et (2009 ) specifically looked at sibling pairs where one of the two identified as a smoker /former smoker and the other didn 't .
