This research is an attempt to identify comparative advantages of parliamentary system of government over presidential system of government . It will provide a brief overview regarding components of parliamentary system of government . This will also highlight the reasons and causes of supremacy of parliamentary system of government compare with its consequences on political parties , institutions and nation

In this report relationship between three branches of government namely Legislative , Executive and Judiciary will be evaluated with respect to Parliamentary as well as Presidential system

of government . In to get practical examples and compare real life scenarios , two countries namely United Kingdom having Parliamentary System of government and United States of America having Presidential System of government are selected . Detailed analyses of their system of government will help in exploring the advantages as well as disadvantages of Presidential and parliamentary system of government

The reasons behind taking United States of America and United Kingdom system of government are the fact that both of them are most popular nations of the world having entirely different forms of governments United Kingdom is having the oldest constitution which is not completely written . Most of the characteristics of constitutional arrangements are result of norms and traditional practices while United States of America is the flag barrier for successful implementation of Presidential system of government
