The psychologist , medical doctors and psychiatrist seems to have the ability to determine an insane 's claims and delusions . Other people like Attorneys and juries claims that no tests can be carried out to prove the offenders insanity claiming that these testimonies are made from guesses questions have raised querying the truth lying on the testimonies and the method used

The has discussed how insane criminals are freed from convictions on the bases that they were lost in delusion at the time of crime , since they don 't have the control against violent acts .
