Industries nowadays offer different machines that help them perform in the tasks designated with their companies . Machines are provided in to make the work easier and a lot faster . The machines also help the production of big numbers of products that the company or industry produce making it highly coompetitive with other companies that surround them and even with those who are located in other parts of the country There

are always some modification with this equuipments in to provide the employees and even the consumers the best process and product expected of them

Management of these things are included in supervising the health and safety of the employers thus making the company or industry fit for the work or production . However there can be some mistakes or flaws with the management and distribution of the equipments . Being a technological country that follows the trend of science , almost all of the companies have the new techniques in production . However , for some poor places there may be a little difference that they could not afford the costy new machines thus retaining their old machines . Good machines that are new really need maintenance in for it to be useful for many years If old machines need maintenance , and so do the new ones by which new oils and cleaning materials are needed

Generally , the machines must come with good manuals that explain every question that could arise during its usage . The manufacturers and producers of these must use high quality materials but cheap so that most of the companies can afford the cost of a high quality product . The other companies may have a lot to offer because they have these new materials but I think , what really matters are the people working for that company that helps to reach th egoal of the company , making it successful in the business . If there are no people who will operate the machines , of course there will be no end product for the process . Human existence is still important even if companies now have high technology machines
