Industrial safety and health management is a subject which intends to add a reasonable explanation and illustration of the hazard mechanism which illustrate the standards of the safety and health of its management . Managers compensate the claims made by their employees due to their injuries , illness , improve productivity and

Employees are trained on how to prevent environmental pollution . Industrial managers maintain the physical and mental health of employees by setting up clinics and providing regular medical services . Problems facing the safety and health manager are attaining the relevant and essential information to do the job . Managers implement some strategies and guidelines which justify effective actions to come into compliance with government regulations . The managers are required to comply with set regulations to provide safe working environments for the workers . When employees initiate new safety and health policies they are required to conduct routine inspection and make improvements with regard to the safety and health plan . Industrial managers must implement strategies to deal with hazardous situations in the workplace and also compensate workers for any injuries
