1 ) Describe a group setting or scenario in which you have worked or of which you are currently a part

I used to work in a corporate set-up which rarely appreciated intellectual functioning and settled on the more pragmatic type of approach in life which was precisely because many of my colleagues in that particular group were in their late middle age period . Most of them were quite tired of debates

or arguments (no mater how mild or benign that cater to innovative approach - those ideas that are still very much abstract in nature . I had a leadership position because it was a supervisory post . At first , I was so reluctant taking the lead in our particular department since other supervisors were also on hand readily to take on the job . However , after a lot of convincing , I was persuaded to make a go for it and set my goals and strategies in motion

2 ) What are the strengths and skills that you have brought to this group setting ? How have they benefited the group

I believe in a democratic way of dealing relationships and tasks . I shall describe the nature of this approach along with its important traits and behaviors . As descriptive of this type , I take into consideration the human element with all its complexities . I strategically poured my intellect and efforts into a good and workable plan to promote...
