But how about if innovation requires a lot of changes that it may not seem so practical anymore ? Would it still be a good thing to implement Based on the article of Sharon Cromwell (2002 , inclusion of all children including those with disabilities seems to be a very controversial issue . There are many different reactions regarding this issue . Of

course , there are just two sides of the coin . It is either some are in favor or some are not . I don 't want to take my side without even thinking twice . I still must consider the benefits and dangers this program may give or create . Is it really possible to implement inclusion ? The answer is yes . But how will we do it
Cromwell (2002 ) stated in her article entitled Inclusion : Has It Gone Too Far ' that there are many things to consider so that inclusion can be successfully and effectively implemented . The traditional classroom will turn into a classroom where there will be some devices or gadgets that will be needed so that the disabled students can grasp the lessons well . There will be in need of two or more teachers in a class . The teachers should have highly specialized training to deal with disabled children . There are many things to consider aside from those things There are lots of fund to invest so that this project may come possible
A lot of money , effort and time would be spent to pursue this project For me , there is nothing bad to spend a lot if this project will really help the people and , in this particular subject , special education students
Even though , inclusion seems so difficult to implement , many still want it to be implemented . According to Nicole Stachura , inclusion has positive effects both on special education students and regular classroom students . The special students ' would not feel that they are special if they are mixed with other students who are normal . But some parents of disabled children do not like the idea of inclusion They fear that their child may not be given special attention that is needed by their children to learn . On the other hand , the National Association of the State Boards of Education (NASBE ) endorses full inclusion of disabled students in regular classrooms and actually recommends training programs for teachers in for them to handle both special education students and regular classroom students . But still , there are some issues that are raised that say that inclusion would not give a positive result . Albert Shanker (Cromwell , 2002 ) said that full inclusionists do not see that disabled students have differing needs . He said that other may benefit from it and other may not . He also said that full inclusionists do not see that there are some severe medically fragile students that may likely be more harmed than helped if...
