Introduction

Sports development is an effort employed to ensure that people from all backgrounds , age and race are assisted in exploiting their sporting desires . Sports development is aimed at moving an individual from simply playing in a local park to joining him in a club or another professional team . This moves the player from not only playing the game for enjoyment but also making him develop a career from it .
