experience working as an RN and would like to further my education and professional advance in the nursing career

My professional experience includes working as an RN at several different types of facilities . These experiences include mental health facilities , treatment of prison inmates , long-term care facilities , and care for patients with fractures or dislocations . I have had a leadership role and have gained a great deal of experience delegating tasks and organizing responsibilities for fellow staff

My ultimate goal is to obtain a rewarding and interesting career in the health care profession . I believe that earning a doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Nursing will significantly increase my ability to grow and advance within the health care profession .
