The debates about research and practice are not about research and practice per se but it usually pertains to the best research for the best practices in the educational system . Stephen H . Davis had written an article concerning the gaps of research and practice and what happens between the two aspects . This article could be of help for the teachers concerning the

considerations that should be taken into account by research based programs

One thing is that the author firmly believes that practitioners should be vigilant regarding the academe that provides the researches . The overall conclusive remark in the author 's article is for the practitioner to realize that not all researches are good research material especially when not all the time that the researchers could give sufficient and workable researches . Taking always into consideration that skepticism and a critical mind is needed at the same time the need to be equipped with the realization that not all of the works could be applicable to all same situations .
