Disputes in international trade between United States , Mexico and China

In the given case , there is a dispute involving the United States Mexico and china in regard to international trade . The United States and Mexico lounged a complaint with the world trade organization regarding unfair trade practices carried out by China in regard to subsidies . In the case , United States in conjunction with Mexico claims that China unfairly subsidized its exports through use of tax breaks as well as

br other incentives meant to encourage the Chinese people to increase their exports to these two countries . United States and Mexico seek to be awarded tax reductions , refunds and exemptions that are being alleged that they subsidize the exports and are discriminating against imports from most industries .
